“GrabPet is Grab Thailand's ride service for passengers travelling with pets such as dogs, cats and other small pets in Bangkok and its vicinity.”
Dogs and cats travel as paid luggage, in a closed cage — a dog that is not aggressive may go without one. No animals at all in air-conditioned cars. The charge is at least 50 baht plus a fee per 20 kg weight group. The rule is national, for all State Railway trains.
“Other live animals such as dogs and cats must be packed in an enclosure with a lid, except non-aggressive dogs, which need not be enclosed. Carriage charge: at least 50 baht plus a fee per weight group. No animals of any kind in air-conditioned cars.”
