YOUR QUESTIONFORM PR-1

Questions about pricing

Do I need an account for the free check?

No. The route check stays free, no account needed, and it stores nothing on our server.

How do I buy a plan?

Pick the pet and the route above and pay on Stripe's page — or open the route first and tap “Get the dated plan” next to its timeline. No account needed beforehand: the email you pay with becomes your account, and you come back to the plan to put in your dates. Stripe sends the receipt.

What's stored when I buy?

Your email and what you bought: paying opens an account for the email you paid with, if it had none. Card details go to Stripe, never to us. Read the privacy page.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes — a plan you bought counts toward the first year of membership.
