Every rule has a paper trail.

Pet entry rules live in regulations and authority pages — often in the local language, often updated without announcement. This is how each one reaches your checklist.

  1. Primary sources only

A rule comes from the regulation or the authority's own import conditions. Forums, airline FAQs and blogs are leads, never sources.

  2. Watched for changes

Each rule keeps the exact paragraph it came from and a copy of the source page, so a later change can be spotted. Every source page is re-read automatically each week and every quote is checked against it; a change opens a review for a person, and the date shown with a rule is the last day its text was confirmed.

  3. A person reviews every change

Every new rule and every change is read against the source by a person before it is published. AI helps research and draft, never publishes.

  4. Public change log

Changes announced or brought in by the authorities are listed below with their date and source. Once alerts launch, people with a saved plan for the affected route will get an email.

About

entry.pet started with one cat and one move. In September 2026 the founder flew with their cat from Europe to Bangkok and on to Chiang Mai; that trip becomes the first detailed route report, and Chiang Mai the first city guide.

It's independent: no airline, vet or relocation agent pays for placement, and the route check is free without an account.

entry.pet is in beta. The rules for 43 destinations were researched from official sources the way this page describes; a route we are still verifying says so instead of guessing. Regular re-checks of every source are not running yet, so always confirm with the official authority before travelling.
